Cannot reach anyone when I click Contact Us |

I ordered 2 mp3 soundtracks and 1 does not open in any playback format. I've tried to contact Fruition Music, but when I click on contact us it goes to every page except the Contact Us page. I need to talk with someone not for a return, but for them to resend the download. The return policy is that you must contact Fruition Music within 7 days of placing/receiving order, and I've been trying to contact them since day 1 of receiving my order. One song works and one does not--the one that does not work does not have an extension mp3--it ends with .mid not mp3. I hope someone at Fruition Music reads this and contacts me since I cannot contact them. Thank you!
In terms of a review...the one song that downloaded properly and is labeled as a mp3 is great. Great quality and the download was seamless.
